The Executive Assistant should be highly motivated, extremely organised and a strong communicator. They should have the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with excellent logistics skills to be able to prioritise quickly and juggle constantly changing demands.
This is a career Executive Assistant role and is "more than" a usual Executive Assistant role which will require dedication and 100% commitment; a true "wingman" role of wide dimensions.
Attending sales calls/meetings with prospect clients to take concise notes and following up on all points
Providing detailed briefing notes following meetings and distribute summary emails
Inbox Management and Gatekeeping: Managing incoming and some outgoing communication
Diary Management: Setting up meetings and managing Sales Director/COO’s diary
Client Relations Support: Managing parts of the Sales process, specifically dealing with client queries, chasing clients on behalf of the Sales Director/COO
Acts as the interface between Sales Director/COO and internal application functions for handover activities
Assists with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
Maintains a general knowledge of the business, industry, payment offerings
The Executive Assistant should be:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in the payments industry preferred
2+ years of experience in a similar position; Business Admin, Executive Assistant.
Computer literate with CRM software and an advancer user of G-Suite and MS Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Exceptional project management and organisation skills
Excellent attention to detail
A resilient individual who is able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
The ability to stay calm and focused in a very fast paced, ever changing environment
A hands on individual with drive, a can do attitude and the able to think outside of the box
Forward thinking ability, be self-motivated and have a positive and professional attitude to motivate others, as well as being committed to company and customer objective
Owing to the current circumstances, the interview process will be remote, and the successful candidate will be working from home initially
